Shipping Time

All orders are shipped within 2–3 business working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after Friday at 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification along with your tracking information. Please note that fulfillment times may be extended during major launches or new collection releases.

Delayed, Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:

Once a package is in the hands of the mail carrier, we unfortunately do not have control over any delays that may occur during transit. Amara the Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as well as packages undelivered due to incorrect address details. If an item requires a signature and you are absent, you must contact your carrier to obtain it.

If the delivery carrier confirms that the package was delivered and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with the delivery carrier.

International Orders & Import Fees Policy

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are set and collected by the receiving country’s customs authority and are not controlled by us.

The customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable import fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges associated with their order.

Please note that we are unable to estimate or predict the amount of these fees, as they vary by country and order value. Because these charges are determined after shipment, they cannot be included in our shipping and handling prices at checkout.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any additional import-related charges that may apply upon delivery.
