Refund policy

We hope you love your Amara pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this time frame.

Please note: We do not accept any returns after the 7-day window has passed.

Please note: The provided return label is only valid for 3 working days. Once expired, if you are still within the 7 day window, there will be a $12 USD fee to generate a new label. If your label expires and you are outside of the 7 day window, your order will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. 


Once a return label has been issued, the package must be dropped off at your local post office within 5 days to remain eligible for a return. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be refused or become ineligible for a refund or exchange.

All returns must be neatly folded and put back in the clear bags for completion of your return successfully. Please ensure that you are placing the items in the clear bags.

Final Sale Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The signature ribbon is cut or tampered with
  • Items are worn, washed, or used
  • The item is not returned in its original packaging, including tags, dust bags, and inserts
  • Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received — clean, unworn, unwashed, and carefully repackaged.
  • All items marked down as final sale are considered final sale and are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sale items that have had an additional discount code applied on top are also considered final sale.

Return Process

  • Email hello@amarathecollection within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to change, edit, or cancel an order after it has been placed. Our warehouse begins fulfilling orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Delayed, Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:

Once a package is in the hands of the mail carrier, we unfortunately do not have control over any delays that may occur during transit. Amara the Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as well as packages undelivered due to incorrect address details. If an item requires a signature and you are absent, you must contact your carrier to obtain it.

If the delivery carrier confirms that the package was delivered and you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with the delivery carrier.

Refunds
Please note, upon receiving the return items, our warehouse requires 5-7 business days to inspect the items and process the return/exchange. This may take longer during holiday or peak season.
